    I did check the POL file, I uninstalled and reinstalled on a different drive as suggested and it worked! Thank you Thank You all! Super happy

    There's a good chance this was because of corrupt user data. If you go into the game's folder you can find it, the folders aren't intuitively named but you'll have one for each character you've logged in with. Deleteing these files may solve the problem should you encounter it again.
