Adventurer Primer in game needs update

Good afternoon,

I have been unable to play through Omen, Odyssey or now even Sortie because it is not in the Adventurer Primer in game. This has been an incredible tool so far for me to learn and get though endgame. There is also new mission for The Voracious Resurgence but it is not part of the primer and I have no idea where to get started with. I would like to finish up the story and get into new endgame. Please SE can you add it soon

I would hate to see the game die due to new players being update to do new endgame events.

edit: some people don't seem to know how to use access the Adventurer Primer (how did anyone of them clear any missions or do anything) just /primer in the chatlog

Wait till this guy discovers the wiki and the joys of discovery in FFXI.

Actually kinda agrees. FF14 does saw this as a problem, thus they did make ingame help super helpful, we rarely ever need to look for wiki, though this time we do need to research on theorycrafts for any things caught our interest, whether dishing out effective damage output on raids, crafting rotations on expert recipes, or maximize cowrie gains on island sanctuaries to name a few.

ofc... on the other hand... being FF11 still using legacy engine, doubt it has enough power to add more features, in fact they have been juggling optimization on this game, like how messy those storage slips instead making a single unified ones, or how they sometimes rotates available auto-translate text for memory efficiencies.

well... FF14 kinda does this too lately, but at least rarely on basic mmo stuff. ^^;

It doesn't really cover endgame. But we have massive community resources designed to help you with such things, with multiple wikis and game guides and forums out there.

How can resources outside of the game help me? I had to log off just to check this forum post...

It helps to have a second source of accessing the internet while you play. I use the wiki and FFXIencyclopedia on my phone while I play and he game on my PC.

Run the game in windowed mode or use some external tool to make the game run in a fullscreen window.

You don't need to log off to check resources. Even if that was the case, you could always... print stuff out so you can reference it later... (Does anyone still own a printer??)

There's also web browsers on smartphones too, you know...
