Rapture and Cure Potency % Stack?

Stratagem doesn't count, you're not going to use three charges every cure. Hell, you're not even going to use two, the merit stratagems are worthless.

And unless SE is really stupid, Tranquil Heart isn't going to bring Scholar any where near White Mages capabilities. White Mage will never pull hate, -5 Enmity (that doesn't go over the 50 Enmity cap, hence worthless) from a trait isn't going to push Scholar to their level of broken. Enmity gear doesn't matter. Scholar can get a load of it? Well so can White Mage, gear isn't what's making them broken.

Oh, and would you really be using Rapture with Cure V given the chance? I can't think of many situations where I actually need to heal over 1k HP. Assuming Scholar did get access to Cure V, I'd be more incline to use merits I just called worthless on it that Rapture.
