Rapture and Cure Potency % Stack?

So Sch can throw big cure really easy with Rapture and it will cure more than WHM in same Tier.
Because Cure potency % gear is now not hard to get for non WHM job.

Surya Staff = 22 %
Selenian Cap = 3% Or Savant's Bonnet with Rapture Active.
Serpentes armor set = 5 % or Augur Glove = 4%
Tatsumaki Sitagoromo = 5% with Augment.
Fylgja Torque = 2-3%
With all this and Accession + Divine seal = Benediction.


For SMN body Facio Bliaut = 7-15%

Huh? Scholar can't equip that and Summoner can't use Rapture. What exactly are you getting at?
