    having same issues and another friend of mine is suddenly having this same issues today, what is happening? its not my ISP, its the game itself, i know that for a fact.

    Hurray, I logged to mule and now I can't get back on main, timing out on "downloading data" screen again, PoL error-3001. I'm assuming it's because Port Jeuno is totally congested, SE you really need to put abyssea npcs (warp and traverser stone npcs) in other zones aswell.

    How do you know for a fact?

    Was a problem a while ago where comcast/tiscali players were unable to log into/stay logged into FFXI but had no problems with any others sites or games. I can tell you that I've experienced zero problems with FFXI in the last few weeks, if it was a problem with the servers everyone would be getting it or at least there would be a much bigger outcry about it.
