Chains of Promathia Mission: Three Paths; Cannot proceed

Steps:
1. Current Mission is Three Paths from the Chains of Promathia Expansion
2. Talk to Cid, He offers 1 of 2 paths to proceed the mission
3. After choosing a path, he no longer offers a choice.
4. Zone out of Metalworks, and return, Cid offers the same choice of "Finding Prishe" or Searching for Al'teiu
5. Ulmia's path was successfully completed in the past. I have actually progressed up both the 'available paths' before, but they did not complete properly, and I could only choose another path, hoping they would reset.
6. When I try to follow the questline for either of the 2 paths Cid tells are not completed, there is no quest response from any of the NPC's connected to the quest. I have retraced both quest lines in completely but there is no quest progress. Cid acts as if the quest has not been started. Therefore I cannot continue the quest lines or progress the missions or participate in anything that depends on CoP completion.


I have not had this trouble with any of the other characters on this account.
