Altana's Favor gives incorrect Reraise effect.

Altana's Favor, the Astral Flow ability for Cait Sith is giving the incorrect reraise effect. The In-Game description says it grants a Reraise 3 effect, but it is actually only granting Reraise 1.

3. Accepted the raise and regained 90% of the Exemplar Points lost to death.
4. Died again.
5. Accepted the reraise but only regained 50% of the Exemplar Points lost to death.

Verified on a second character Taru Ferthywerthy in Morimar

1. Received reraise effect from Altana's Favor.
2. Died.
3. accepted the Reraise and only regained 50% of Experience Points lost to death.
