Not a bug. Instance is congested.

it's because of Sortie which shares the instance area

I know, that iti s because of Sortie!
But if i want to enter Sortie, i just have to wait 1 minute maximum....
Today in Vagary i had to wait +40min!!!
Is that really what you want?

That, at least, is something that could stand to be fixed. Vagary doesn't have a reservation system like Sortie does, while both use the same instances.

I think Legion and Ambuscade have the same problem, though nobody notices or cares because who's still doing Legion these days.

Still not a bug, but something you might consider offering as a suggestion when this gets closed by SE?
