Steps:
All subsections of the Outer Ra'kaznar version of Sortie have a map that you are able to pull up except for the subsection containing the large square room and surrounding hallways at the center east-most part of the area (corresponding to positions M6/M7/N6/N7 on the normal, non-sortie Outer Ra'kaznar map).

If you are in this part of the zone, trying to pull up a map gives you a "There is no map for this area" message, in comparison to all of the other subsections, which will bring up a map of the current subsection.

It's more likely not.

It's far from the only area-within-an-area that has no map though. Such as the area where the Risenjima wyrm appears.
