Steps:
1. Reforged bard empy +1 body and legs to +2
2. Put them on, see that they look like ranger empy, the icon still looks like bard but the actual gear when you put it on character looks like ranger

My brother has this same issue but he's a Taru, it looks like when implementing the new armour the dev team linked the wrong model for BRD Emp.

1. Reforged Bard Empy +1 Head
2. Equip Fili Calot +2, it displays as Empy Ranger head gear on character model.
3. Viewed from Equipment menu, shows correctly as Fili Calot +2

Bard +2 gear also decreases song potency.

Songs have gone from 9mins to 8mins with JA and 4mins to 3mins without.
Minuets have also lost potency with the body.

How are you testing? it tested my song duration and I got the predicted 2s increase in song duration. I would retest in your duration set, casting manually and timing manually with a stopwatch.
