Thank you development team. I was excited about doing Sortie. Yet again you have not learned from your past mistakes. Another battle content. Another 2 hour wait to do it. This is a repeating motif. I would hope that if given another 20 years, you could actually develop a bit more intelligence. Not likely. So I do want to thank you for making another piece of content that wastes so much of our time.
We used to have this sort of issue with Ambuscade to a lesser extent. Which was only because players took half as long at most or mere minutes at best. In this case we have an hour of time for soloers. It was inevitable this happen with Sortie, and there's no shame in correcting course to make it 3 players plus until they figure out other congestion solutions. Besides, reducing the barriers to access is generally a courtesy for players that refuse to team up while rewarding the community for coming together before that. Unfortunately, players only care about themselves and be "upset" if they were told "no, there aren't enough instance for you to solo for an hour."
That or make it so trusts can't be used like in salvage. Encouragement like this is a fair compromise in taking steps to keep it "soloable".

The developers fixed the queue on Asura without interfering with anybody else's experience? You love to see it!
The server issue isn't as simple as people make out, we don't all live in the same time zones, I was on Levi for years, never thought I'd leave, but it got ridiculous, sub 250 people on in eu times, I can't say what it's like now, but when I left it was out of desperation.
