Changing races is never coming so you can stop bumping this. If I had to guess, it would lead to instances of character corruption because it was not setup with changing the data in mind. They aren't going to deal with that and players won't be happy when it happens.

Adding this would require adding the feature to the website, this is the main issue that takes time (if they plan to do it). It's easier to add something to the game, than adding something to the payment site since it's also used for XIV and so has levels of clearance.
Making a post to bump the thread and keep it in mind takes little effort, there is no reason not to do it.(5)

Even if they do not add an option to have any changes to our characters, it would at least be nice to get a response.
It is so unfortunate that Square-Enix has no interest in communicating with the Final Fantasy English fanbase.
It is especially odd, considering we "apparently" were supposed to be the target for their latest Final Fantasy main entry title, and yet the XI and XIV forums are completely void of any communication regarding feedback.
All they ever post on English forums are update info, and such.(1)
