Steps:
  1. Obtain "Elite Training: Chapter 5" key item from the Field Manual at The Sanctuary of Zi'Tah Outpost, (H-9).
  2. Travel to Field Parchment at (G-8).
  3. Trade an Intensifying Cape to the Field Parchment (other items should give similar result).
  4. Defeat Ruebezahl.
  5. Open the treasure box to receive your item.
  6. The augment will only be bar-element resist +1, +2, or +3, instead of something from the usual stat augment distribution. This is incorrect behavior, obtaining other stats such as STR used to be possible, and if you did get bar-element resist, it would typically be between +5 and +20, it was impossible to get as low +1/2/3 on Intensifying Cape.
