    Can not receive sirens tear for limit break quest

    Have completely unequipped all gear, zoned multiple times, and keep getting message "it slips through your fingers" I have space in my inventory, what can I do?

    Have you tried looking down the stream for another ???, normally the siren's tear travels downstream if it slips through your fingers
