Unable to upgrade Nyame Armor with Reinforcement Points

Steps:
My party cleared Vengeance 0 Bumba 9 times successfully. I went to trade my nyame armor to the ??? Next to the verdical conflux and nothing happened. I tried with all five pieces of nyame and nothing happened. I checked with the moogle my Sheol progress and be confirmed I had 7220 reinforcement points for BumbA but the vengence level showed 0.

My friend in the same party who only had bumba cleared on vengeance 0 was able to upgrade his nyame helm to rank 15.

What am I missing?

I was in the same party as Felkit on my warrior on ragnarok server and I had the same exact issues, can’t upgrade my nyame armor with my reinforcement points

Nevermind, my buddy had a V10 clear on a Tier 1 Mob, no problems here...fixed after clearing past Vengence 0.
