Synergy Request - Adding Signatures

It would be nice if there was some way to add a signature to items made via synergy. There are a lot of nice furnishing type items you can make for friends, and no way to sign them like you could with normal crafting. Maybe some special item you toss in with the other materials or something? I would not expect it to work with using Synergy to augment an existing item, but items you craft from scratch, why not?
