Agreed. Much of the game's content would benefit from a minimum player requirement coupled with proper level synchronization appropriate for the content in question.

No, it's time to balance server populations.

Queues? it's almost as if Asura has too many players on it. Now that couldn't be possible... could it?

Don't change Omen at all, or if you're going to change anything about it, remove the [Ex] tag from cards/scales.
Asura's just overpopulated, queue times are just a reminder for them to server transfer.

A handful of players can clog up omen, with endless thief solo farming.

I get what you say, but for many, the only reason to do omen is for detritus, this is what happens when you have needed items only drop from one source of content (yes I know also from dyna, but you can't solo dyna).

Why should the requirements for all the servers change because Asura is overcrowded? If you don't like to have to wait for content, go to a lower population server and learn to make friends with an active LS.
