    Unacceptable GM response times

    I placed a call about harassment at 8am. It's now 12:18. FOUR hours and still no response.

    This is completely unacceptable.

    It's 3:30 and I STILL have not gotten a response, what the hell kind of service you running here?

    I have sent in tickets in the last year and received the responses so late that I forgot what the hell the form letter response was to.

    Sorry, the service is focused solely on XIV, but plz keep spending your money on the full sub price.

    It would appear they're not processing those bot reports at all, actually. No surprise they can't be bothered to answer GM calls either.

    And GM staff and STF at least pretend to be different staff, they're entirely different people, so cute joke, but wrong. If you wanted to be cute, you should've mentioned the garbage fire of the 14 update.

    I guess we can do whatever we want now as long as we don't clip

    Got news for you:
    The same GM staff handles FFXI and FFXIV.
    Guess which game has a very large influx of GM calls due to the release of a new expansion.

    You get two guesses and the first one doesn't count

    You might also be unaware of the labor shotage in the service industry.

    XIV's new expansion didn't translate to a lack of XI GM support for years prior to its release.
