Hm. I've also felt like there's something wrong with "all effects during battle", but had not looked into it more yet.

I imagine this should also help with Mireu not being visible/targettable.

Should be nice if they prioritised Mireu showing up over non-party PCs (similar to what seems to happen during Besieged, though I'm sure it's not a feature they can just lift off of that area... and it would need to be written from scratch and... complicated stuff and things).
