    I payed for world transfer 2 weeks ago and it failed.

    I payed for world transfer 2 weeks ago and it failed. GM calls tell me to fill out more GM tickets. Ive done 6. One said to empty AH and fill out ticket. I told them it was empty. then they told me to fill out another ticket. I feel someone is messing with me

    I think they meant the delivery box, not the AH. You can't have any items backlogged in your dbox.

    Check that first. If it doesn't work, ask the next GM to escalate you to the senior staff.
