We know this because you can overcome Ouryu's slow by stacking double march & entrust haste or SP'd double march.

I mean, I guess you're right that is in fact how it works, but it just makes no sense, because slowing something by 50% should be half speed. Not 100%. Someone at SE didn't learn math. I sort of get why it works this way, as it simplifies the process of haivng slow and haste cancel eachother out equally, it just looks really dumb to have 100% slow not mean "lower you speed by 100% (which would be zero in normal math circles)."
