If you've been in the same zone for 8 hours killing non-stop, it's ever apparent that its a bot, there really is no mistaking it. It should not take much more than 5 minutes to locate and determine that. There should always be STF/GM on staff 24/7, yeah, isn't that obvious? Crime doesn't stop because its 2 am.

Yes, 5 minutes is hyperbolic. But 18 reports means 18 days. That's 400 hours. There is no possible way any type of investigation takes 400 hours. And if it takes 400 hours because the queue is that long, that also proves my point. Either they're useless because they're useless, or they're useless because they're incapable of meeting demand. Or they're useless on purpose. The result is the same.
