Doing effective things goes against the rules of the quixotic crusade. This guy's too drunk on Square Enix Hateorade to do anything relevant. It's not about fixing the problem. I honestly think it's a compulsion, like a person who has to close every door and flip every light switch 3 times.

I mean, that's another thing that's been bugging me. He's so fixated on this one bot automatically farming gil at a snail's pace, but I've not seen them report any of the tons of bots that are actually being disruptive.

I reported the dho gates bots. They deleted the post. I reposted it. They deleted it. I made a new thread. They deleted the thread. I reposted that post. They merged the threads.

Aside from that, JP bots, report themselves. Everyone knows they're botting. Everyone sees them botting. The bots I pick are silent, invisible, they don't advertise with a shout bot 24/7, they just go.

Also; whether or not they need reminding, they're blocked. There is no point trying to reply to me.

You know, sometimes to beat a foe, you need to think like a foe. You should try being as silent and hidden as these bots. It very well may produce better results for everyone.
