Anytime people are confronted with circumstances against their preferences they claim it "hurts" or "would hurt" the subscriber count. It is without any real basis beyond speculation and to suit oneself. We don't even have access to the numbers. Frankly, any assertion without evidence can be dismissed without evidence.

There is nothing being proven here. It just would be nice to have reason prevail.
