Well yes, that's exactly what it is, and that's why it really should be stopped. But I suspect since Uriah is on at least his third account for the forums, they don't want to keep banning him because he'll just keep coming back even harder than the previous time. So they give him this one thread in this dark corner of the forum where he can just do his thing and feel smug about it even though it doesn't matter in any way shape or form.
