    Mythic Weaponskills have very weak added effects.

    Hi SE,
    Can we please update the added effect of many weaponskills? For example, Death Blossom and Blade: Kamu reduce Magic Evasion and Accuracy by a mere 10 points. This is incredibly neglible at level 99 and even item-level 119. I'm not even sure that Rank 15 on a Mythic Weapon addresses this effect. Can you please help us out or give us some insight?
