    Game freezing and crashing

Edit: I think I solved this, its been 48 hours without a freezing issue, I have two drives and apparently had some old files and another install of POL on my second drive, seems that it was conflicting, after I deleted EVERYTHING on both drives and reinstalled all on my main drive it has been fine. Also finally got an error code at one point 9001.

My game freezes and crashes several times a day and have no idea why. It has happened randomly in many different situations and both ffxi and playonline completely crash with no error code. I have tried checking files, did a complete reinstall of game, turned off any power saving options on my pc. Been going on since I reactivated my account about 2 months ago and happens daily.
    My specs are as follows
    Operating System
    Windows 10 Home 64-bit
    CPU
    Intel Core i7 4770K @ 3.50GHz 51 °C

Any help on how to troubleshoot this or a fix is greatly appreciated, thank you!!!

EDIT - Still happening, seems to be happening with greater frequency in Ambuscade and other instanced battles like Lillith, have now also tried uninstalling my graphics drivers and reinstalling, adding permisions to firewall, turning down settings even though I really shouldn't need to... Any ideas???
