Error Code: POL-1160/POL-0011/FFXI-3100/FFXI-3001

Details:
Trying to login and constantly getting disconnected. Sometimes I get lucky to the point of Character Selection and when I try to get on my main Kahlla, I'm stuck on the "Download Now..." screen and time out. I managed to get on an alternative character on same account but it was extremely laggy and eventually R0'd and disconnected.

Steps:
1. Playing game, was disconnected and haven't been able to login since.
2. Tried to login immediately afterwards.
3. Continues
Error Code: POL-1160
Error Code: POL-0011
Error Code: FFXI-3100
Error Code: FFXI-3001
4. Tried on another PC with same results.
5. Waited and tried again with same issues.
6. Reset Router and Modem.
7. Directly connected Modem to PC same results.
8. Contacted ISP and told it sounds like IP related issue and to try VPN.
9. I turned off all other programs trying to run only FFXI only
10. I gave up and here I am.

My spouse and I are having the same problem. Everything was working fine until last night. He tried to log in to his main character for an event and couldn't get in. I tried to log in with another character on my laptop to see if it was a problem with his computer but I couldn't get in either. An alt character was logged in with no problem all night, but that one ended up getting disconnected this morning. My spouse managed to just get logged in now, so we'll see how long it lasts. I still haven't been able to get in.

I’m going to assume SE took some actions on my account. I’m missing my Herculean Vest that I augmented with Oseem day before yesterday. Also all my macros are now gone. All my equipsets are still intact. I’m able to play but I don’t know what happened.

yeah all of my macros are gone too. i'm not aware of any items missing but i guess i'll find out when i go to use it and it's not there lol
