Can the Pictlogica pictures ever be added again?

I have some of these but not all, will this event ever be added again or was it a one off event?

Sadly, I wasn't playing the game when this event came out, so I'd love to see it myself. But, it looks like they won't be doing this event again, because there is little information about it.
