Steps:
Have finished the quest through Jamal for Eliminate Your Empathy, traded cipher and even called him out, but yet Jamal still says he is making preparations for his next study, have zoned multiple times and talked to him multiple times. Any way to fix this? from what i have looked up, i have everything completed properly.
