Siinister reign gear cannot be sent to same pol account

Sinister reign gear cannot be sent to same pol account even though according to the list below it should be. I know the potential argument would be "it's augmented" but since almost all sources of this gear is augmented this isn't acceptable argument. Either Sinister Reign gear needs to be added to the list below or it's a bug.

Gear includes:

Taming Sari
Ochu
Founder's Hose
Founder's gauntlets
Founder's breastplate
brilliance
malevolence

It IS sendable to other character on same account if it is not augmented.
I got a Taming Sari AND Brilliance both from Goblin box "special dial 50 points", both were non-augmented and could send it to my alt on same account.
Possibly this is what they meant?

P.S. I augmented the Taming Sari on other character and now cannot resend back to my main that originally got it from Goblin box.
