Party Chat / Battle Log Issues During Domain Invasion (Mireu)

Per GM request, I'm re-posting this as a confirmation on that it is still happening.

Original report: Alter Ego: Party Chatter Issues During High-Traffic Events

Platform: "Windows"
ISP: Telia
Type of Internet Connection: Broadband Cellular Network (4G)
Internet Connection Speed: Approximately 30 (Down) / 20 (Up) Mbps
Date & Time: 2021-01-22T08:38+00:00
Frequency: Common (Not particularly easy to re-produce due to the spawn behaviour of Mireu.)
Character Name: Dragoy
Race: HumeM
World: Fenrir
Main Job: Samurai
Support Job: Warrior
Area and Coordinates: Escha - Zi'Tah (H-8)
Party or Solo: Solo Party
NPC Name: Various Alter Egos
Monster Name: Mireu
Steps:

1. Engage in battle with Mireu during Domain Invasion with around 100 or more player characters. (Any area/event with enough player characters and alter egos would probably trigger this.)
2. Summon Alter Egos and/or have them get knocked out (or have them otherwise send party messages).
3. Observe party chat messages being in trouble as described below, possibly due to some sort of an overflow or network issue.

Party:

Ygnas, Monberaux, Sylvie, Arciela, Matsui-P.

Chat:

(Arciela) Greetings, adventurers! Matsui here, happy to join you in Vana'diel!

Party:

Ygnas, Sylvie, Matsui-P.

Chat:

(Arciela) Ready for skillchain.

Additionally, the battle log messages may not display the target or source of an ability for example (also visible in the image). That is, the log will simply display nothing in place of a name:

The takes 12497 points of damage.

Another example:

1 of the 's effects disappears!
1 of the 's effects disappears!
1 of the 's effects disappears!
1 of the Apururu's effects disappears!
5 of the 's effects disappears!

Usually the log messages are not displayed, if the target is not displayed either, but it seems like some kind of an in-between state is also possible (also notice "the Apururu's" which should not contain a 'the').

Previously (not during this latest battle) I've also noticed that chat messages (be it via '/tell' or linkshell for example) sometimes do not go through either.
