lost item when i server transfer from Asura to Sylph???

Steps:
1. Buy item from AH and move than apply world server transfer from Asura to Sylph.
2. I confirm all item in my Item Bag.(Full Bag)
3. after transfer to Sylph, server have my same char name, Baeseulki (Asura) to Ggbird (Sylph) change it.
4. Login char. and find half of item lost it..

Please help!
