The method of "farming out" gear in this game needs to be updated. We're in 2021. We need to start rewarding players with for EFFORT vs rewarding players for TIME.

Surely we can implement a badge/currency system for some of the outstanding content that doesn't have such systems in place. EG. Lilith High Tier fight. Players should be rewarded with an item drop / currency (Similar to unity NM caches) where I player could turn in x amount of item/currency in exchange for gear.

The game seems extremely unfairly unbalanced (anecdotal) when I've run Lilith 50+ times on easy and haven't seen a single drop, where as some people have seen 4 or 5 pieces drop in that time.

I understand that RNG plays a big factor into the game. But time dumps like this are extremely unmotivating. Especially when playing on a lower populated server or are only available to play on off peak times.

I am sure between community and developers we can improve upon the systems in place.
