Covers both implementation of the grand prize(s) and disbursement of rewards. Which probably have already been disbursed according to the post. It doesn't look like you had an entry (I could be mistaken, since there are japanese names in there it doesn't seem to be forum or character names being listed there), so I'm curious why it matters to you.(0)

We looked into this and the item distribution system is currently experiencing some issues.
