    cause switching a shield burns your TP, only reason i wouldnt be switching, why switch if i dont need to, im prepared for the physical, and the magical, simultaneously, without removing my TP to change my shield.

    You know what I mean. What you're saying sounds like those people that equip a mix of TP and WS gear instead of having separate sets for each.
