Steps:
1. Log in at Mog Garden. The sparkle indicating the Flotsam doesn't appear. The Flotsam point itself does appear and behaves as normal (Mog Garden Campaign - two items).
2. Zone to Monster Rearing area and back and the sparkle appears.

Hoping this is the same issue that Aminah (Asura) is experiencing, as it's only started happening since Friday, and only when I log in to my Mog Garden, rather than travel there.
