Steps:
Got a Mog Pell (Silver) as login bonus but Festive Moogle refuses to accept it.
1. Talked to the moogle at San d'Oria. He mentions Gold Mog Pells.
2. Trying to trade Mog Pell (Silver). It does nothing.
3. Went to Windurst Festive Moogle. Tried talking and trading. Same issue.

EDIT: Since I am not allowed to reply to this thread, typing reply here in hopes of people seeing it.

According to Japanese FFXI wiki, you have to wait 14 days from subbing to be able to trade the rewards. My Character is only 12 days old. Hopefully in 2 days will be able to redeem it. Would of course be preferred if the Moogle would mention this like the Gobbies do.
