    Please stop adding rehashed instanced content

    Stop adding new features to brand new instanced zones that already exist. Dynamis doesn't need a dynamis D.

    Odyssey, Omen, Limbus, Abyssea. You can do so much better just by simply adding new items and mobs into those old zones and placing them in separate spots away from 75 content, allow 75 content to rare drop some of the newer stuff. (Earn CP from 75 mobs, even if as small as 100-200 CP).
    Adding mobs that are only visible to and aggro players level 99 or higher to older zones, and older content, offer rewards similar to what's offered in ambuscade for defeating them.

    Example:
    Aht Urghan Assault Uncapped: Level 99 mobs related to the region will attack 99 players if discovered.
    Mob drops:
    • Alexandrite(Offer alexandrite clusters of 10-100)
    • KI for mythic weapon(Collect one from each staging point region for 1 mythic weapon.)
    • ZNM pop items.
    • HTBF armor / weapons from ToAU.
    • Rare COR/BLU/PUP one use items.
    • Sellable high CP/EXP scrolls
    • Copper/Silver Vouchers

    Have 3-4 drop per mob, so its worth doing.
    Make it fun game of luck and hunting, so players WANT to do Assault again. Increase the chance of getting items if you defeat the mob AND complete the mission. Fast track getting Mythics, there are too many jobs in the game, no one sane is trying to play the game for 6 months straight for one weapon, that's dumb.

    It's simpler that way and removes this huge barrier of players having to do different content at different times all the time. Make the content cyclical, you keep making this endless mountain of new currencies, it's no point, it just makes the game aggravating to keep up with.

    They do this because they don't have the resources, or in some cases possibly the functionality, to build completely new things from the ground up.

    I don't see how adding high level mobs to old areas changes anything. I don't find anything terribly confusing or complicated about having a seperate area for high end content.

    New currencies are made because they want you to start from scratch on new content. It's the same reason FFXIV changes out the tomestones in major patches. So that you can't bank them beforehand and then not have to do the new content, it also places a burden on players of wondering whether they need to spend their old currency or whether they should spam that content before a patch comes out to get the new stuff immediately. It defeats the purpose of adding/updating the content in the first place if people don't have to do it.

    Again, the old currency isn't going to get used if there is nothing to buy with it. Its not like the assaults weren't a large amount of content, there are literally 50 something missions to do, but offers literally NOTHING to high level jobs other than the mythic weapon. Players can totally stock pile if they want, I don't understand what harm that does. Literally dropping level 99 mobs with items that already exist in game, doesn't even sound like a hard task, how is that functionality beyond their resources?

    They should want to do it. Going to the same zones should carry benefit to old and new players, when adding new items for the same old content, just make it stupid expensive with that currency. So they can use the currency. Currency is meant to be used, they should want to do which ever content to achieve their goals. There should be a wide range of options to accomplish it.

    Assault 2.0 with all new currency is literally the last thing on earth I ever want to experience. Make 99 versions of the assault point armors/weapons. Make it expensive. Give more points for killing the 99 mobs in the original assault missions and call it a day.

    Please no completely separate assault, that you need to complete all of the original assault to do, so dumb. Won't even be able to play it with newbies that come. Good content would be assault mission where you can do it with 3 level 50's doing the actual mission, 1 level 75 healer and 2 99's can duo a level 116-119 boss. Challenge, coordination, synergy of game play and content.
