Well, I frankly didn't think it would help at all, but I just completed re-installing the game fresh on my 2nd computer and I was able to log in my character. I moved her to another spot in the same zone and now I am able to log in to her on my regular computer. Hooray! Not sure why this worked or if it was a coincidence, but I'm just happy to be able to play again. Thank you everyone who gave advice!

06-02-2020 08:26 AM #2If your macros and equipsets aren't corrupted, back them up the PlayOnline server, then peform a fresh reinstall of the game. You can then restore your game configuration settings, macros, and equipsets from PlayOnline server.

If your game is crashing when logging in to acharacter, usually the solution is to have a GM move the player to another location, generally their home point. You'll need to make a support ticket or call a GM in game, however right now ingame-support is limited.
