Unable to see Harvest points in Sih Gates and Foret De Hennitiel needed for Quests.

Steps:
While trying to complete quests, "A Barrel of Laughs", and "Flower's for Svenja", I am unable to view any Harvest Points. Both in Sih Gates, and in Foret De Henntiel. I had a person stand next to me who could see and target a harvest point in both, yet I can't see or target any. Something is wrong. I can pretty much see everything else, but not Harvest Points for some reason. I can't see or target any. Something is wrong.


Still no resolution as of June 17, 2020...
