    I think developers who work on smn should have to play one from level 1. The catch is have to do it like the players did. No party in the early levels unless they are main healer, fov followed by campaign (no Abyssea until they are level 75 with Odin). Add in Staff trials in Abyssea unable to farm time or anything other than pearl.
