    Greetings, Nerji!
Thank you for taking the time to report your troubles with receiving messages while zoning. I understand how strange it can be to suddenly be unable to receive any messages, so I have made sure to submit this report for you to our QA for further investigation. As soon as there are any further developments, you should be receiving a reply to this thread, so I recommend keeping an eye on it. I also recommend consulting www.PlayOnline.com for further developments, just in case. Thanks again!

    Helly Nerji,

We have received a response from development and they have confirmed that this is a normal result when zoning and incoming text is sent at the same time or during the transfer. We do apologize for the inconvenience that this must be causing you. If you would like to, please feel free to leave feedback regarding this concern at http://support.na.square-enix.com > FINAL FANTASY XI > Contact > Suggestions and Feedback.

    Thank you,
