There are a lot of job abilities that have (or had) very long recast timers that overtime, had adjustments that lowered the cooldowns. But I just want to throw around something to bring attention to get ideas. JAs like Divine Seal and Elemental Seal both on a 10 minute cooldown could be brought down to 5 Minutes or 3 Minutes.
Sneak Attack / Trick Attack cooldown could drop down by 15-30 seconds
Climactic Flourish could cut cooldown by 30-45 seconds.

At the moment these just popped into mind but no doubt there's lots of general abilities should be considered in cooldown adjustments.
