    Blacklist should blacklist the entire account, not individual characters

    If I want to blacklist a character, it stands to reason that I do not want to see that person at all.

    All they have to do is change characters, and they're magically circumventing the blacklist.

    This is an obvious oversight that should be corrected.

    They could save you some time and just add a blacklist everybody button.
