    Square Enix European Support Centre Limited Services – COVID-19 Update (Mar 2021)

    Due to the continuing challenges presented by the global COVID-19 pandemic, we have taken measures to ensure the health and safety of our teams whilst continuing to provide support.

    Regrettably, as a result of these measures, the live contact phone and chat options are currently unavailable.

    While phone support is suspended for the foreseeable future, we are exploring solutions to restore the chat service and will provide updates when available.

    Email and in-game GM support remain available but, as ever, we encourage you to make use of our Knowledge Base articles at https://support.eu.square-enix.com/ before submitting a ticket.

    We continue to do our best to ensure tickets are resolved in a timely manner, however it may take us longer than usual to respond to you.

    During this extraordinary period, we continue to ensure the health and safety of our employees, while also attempting to reply to all of your queries as quickly as possible.

    As the global COVID-19 situation continues, Square Enix European Support Centre services remain limited while our teams work from home.

    We are currently providing support by email only. Unfortunately we are unable to offer phone and chat support at present.

    Due to the impact of COVID-19 on our day to day lives, Square Enix Europe Support Centre services continue to be provided by our dedicated team of agents from their homes.

    As such, we are currently only able to provide support via email and chat. Chats can be submitted between 11:00 and 17:00 UK time.
