Quest Bug/Freeze - That Which Curdles Blood

This quest is part of the "A Shantotto Ascension addon".

The game froze my character into place upon trading the Enfeeblement Kit of Poison to the spot in the lake at H-7 in Qufim Island. It cannot be canceled and the only way to escape is to force close the program in Windows.

The Enfeeblement Kit has disappeared and examining the spot again just freezes my character once more and I am unable to progress in the addon as a result.

Clean install fixed the issue, had problems porting over from Japanese version of POL.
