Is there an actual EU server wich is actually located in freakin EU that dosent disconnect me 1 min after i log in ?

I've been on Shiva since 2005 or w/e and havent had such massive issues until today.

I log in, 1 min passes & get redballed.

How is this even possible in 2020, when back on xbox 360 days the only time i d/c to 100% was when Besieged was about to roll on???
