I have tried downloading the 5 files off of the official site, i have used multiple browsers and plugins and keep getting an error after the setup wizard that states "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor." and it cancels the install. Please help!

have you turned on direct play in your windows 10 settings? other than that i wouldn't know, i just know that's the most common issue with installing on windows 10

I would suggest deleting all the downloaded setup files and any that may have extracted to a folder during the [failed] installation, and trying again.
