An idea that Jumped in my head is staggering for AVNM
Stagger 1: Black !!
Cause: Any of the following Spells (Damage over time Spell)
Poison II, Dia II, Burn, Choke, Shock, Rasp, Drown, Frost, Geohelix, Hydrohelix, Anemohelix, Pyrohelix, Cryohelix, Noctohelix, Luminohelix, Foe Requiem VII, Dokumori: Ichi,
Hint: Element
effect: Lower's Chance for "Color Change" of "Dimilune Abyssite"
Enemy Is Temporarily inflicted with Potent Bind, Gravity, Slow, Paralyze for 30 seconds

Slow, Paralyze, Blind, Bind, Gravity, Silence, Hojo: Ni, Jubaku: Ichi, Carnage Elegy, Addle, Yurin: Ichi, Aisha: Ichi, Thermal Pulse, Demoralizing Roar, Cimicine Discharge, Temporal Shift,
Effect: Raises Chance for "Color Change" of "Dimilune Abyssite"
Enemy is Temporarily Inflicted With Potent: (depending on day)Bio,Dia, Burn, Choke, Shock, Rasp, Drown, Frost

Any Thoughts? I was trying to think of good triggers that would bring in alot of jobs although alot of ones there may not work due to things like Hojo and Slow are both the same effect and other things of the like. Also I was thinking that Maybe instead of Spells and weaponskills be triggers, why not job abilities? like Jump, steal, Provoke as triggers too? i mean it would add a level of difficulty and excitement if the trigger lands on something like provoke lol, also would definately broaden the Horizon on the newly Cliche'd "Mnk or THF, WHM, BLM/BRD, BLU" quads.
