Uncompressed texture bug

This is a fairly long standing bug but I thought I would point it out with the small chance it might actually be fixed.

In most zones if you set texture compression to uncompressed in the config program you get much prettier sky textures, in zones like Altepa and Meriphataud mountains this setting does not work at all and you get compressed sky textures no matter what you set it to. This means sky textures are really pixelated and ugly in these specific areas (especially when no clouds are present and you have clear weather).

Could this be fixed or passed to the devs so they can comment on it?
